Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you use our services, take the AI leadership assessment, book a call, or contact us for support. That's typically your name, work email, role and company size, and the answers you give.
How we use your information
We use it to provide, maintain and improve our services, to send you the results you asked for, to communicate with you, and to comply with legal obligations. If you've consented to occasional practical insights by email, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Where it lives
Assessment and contact data is stored in our Supabase project, hosted in the EU. Call bookings are handled by Calendly under their own privacy policy. We don't sell your data and we don't share it with third parties except the providers needed to deliver the service.
The "Ask me anything" assistant
The assistant on this site is an AI. What you type is sent to Anthropic, whose Claude model writes the reply, and a copy of the question and the answer is sent to Rishi so he can see what visitors ask and correct the assistant when it is wrong. Anthropic does not use it to train its models. We don't keep a database of conversations, and the conversation sits in your own browser until you close the tab. If you ask Rishi to ring you rather than booking a time yourself, the assistant will ask for your first name, a number and when suits; those go to Rishi in the same message so he can call you, and they are used for nothing else. It won't ask for your details in any other situation. Please don't type anything confidential into it.
Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
Your rights
You have the right to access, update or delete your personal information, and to opt out of communications from us. Email us and we'll do it.
